Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Returns are sent at your expense and must include a completed Returns Form provided with your delivery.

Please ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will supply a tracking reference number. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

Out of stock goods

If you place an order and the goods are out of stock, we will inform you ASAP via e-mail or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct e-mail and telephone details on the order form.

If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out-of-stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately.

Cancelling or altering orders

You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its dispatch by telephone. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay as the order is repackaged, etc. Please have your order details ready when phoning us.
